How Do I Sign Up?

• Download the Visa Airport Companion app through the App Store or Google Play starting from 1 October 2024​​
• ​Sign up and complete the registration information
  ​Once the registration information is filled out, OTP will be sent to your mobile number or email address for verification
• ​After successful verification, create a password to be directed to the main home page of the app

• Visit the Visa Airport Companion app to learn more about the eligible lounge to visit depending on your eligible Burgan Bank Visa credit card
• If the lounge access is at a capacity & access cannot be granted, you can use the app to check for an alternative lounge
• If you have any queries or complaints, use the app and click on "Contact", then fill in the required fields
• You must make an international transaction of 1USD or its equivalent every 3 month to unlock complementary lounge access and the transaction must be at least 72 hours before attempting lounge access.
