Is BANKI a real person?
No, BANKI is an Artificial Intelligence based virtual assistant. All responses from BANKI are automated. But BANKI does have human trainers who teach and guide BANKI on a daily basis to improve the accuracy of responses.

No, currently, you do not need to share any personal information with BANKI to avail the service.
